目的评估新疆阿克苏地区自2007年实施应急补碘措施2年后孕妇及哺乳期妇女碘营养现状,为碘缺乏病防治工作提供依据。方法 2008—2009年间在拜城和乌什两县碘缺乏病区抽样调查了869名孕妇(占同期孕妇的73.4%)及302名哺乳期妇女,采集其一次随意尿样,并入户采集盐样和饮用水样。盐碘的测定采用直接滴定法,尿碘和水碘测定采用过硫酸铵消化-砷铈催化分光光度测定法。结果两县水碘中位数为2.24μg/L,范围为1.12~4.81μg/L。合格碘盐食用率为98.4%。拜城和乌什县孕妇尿碘中位数分别为164.66、187.02μg/L,其中察尔齐、大桥和托克逊乡孕妇分别为125.54、144.15和77.60μg/L。拜城和乌什县哺乳期妇女尿碘中位数分别为299.84、271.37μg/L。随着妊娠的发展,孕妇尿碘水平逐渐下降,但差别无统计学意义。结论两县孕妇和哺乳期妇女的碘营养得到明显改善,目前的应急措施尚需维持,但同时要加强监测。
Objective To evaluate the status of iodine nutrition in pregnant women and lactating women in Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang Province two years after the implementation of emergency measures of iodine supplementation in 2007 so as to provide basis for the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods A total of 869 pregnant women (73.4% of pregnant women in the same period) and 302 lactating women were sampled from iodine deficiency areas in Baicheng and Wush counties during 2008-2009. The median urinary iodine intake of lactating women in Baicheng and Wushi counties was 299.84 and 271.37 μg / L, respectively. With the development of pregnancy, urinary iodine levels of pregnant women gradually decreased, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The iodine nutrition of pregnant women and lactating women in two counties has been significantly improved. The current emergency measures still need to be maintained, but monitoring should be strengthened at the same time.
