目的:研究经颅多普勒(TCD)评估蛛网膜下腔出血患者脑血流量(CBF)的价值。方法:31例蛛网膜下腔出血患者同时做了TCD及133Xe吸入法测定CBF。结果:蛛网膜下腔出血患者平均血流速度(Vm)升高者,则相应区域CBF降低,呈负相关(p<0.01);而Vm降低者则相应区域CBF亦降低,呈正相关p<0.01。病情越严重则TCD-Vm升高或降低越明显,CBF亦明显下降。结论:TCD可以有效判断蛛网膜下腔出血患者的脑血流量。
Objective: To study the value of transcranial Doppler (TCD) in assessing cerebral blood flow (CBF) in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods: Thirty-one patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage underwent both TCD and 133Xe inhalation to determine CBF. Results: The mean CBF of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage increased (P <0.01), while the corresponding areas of CBF decreased, with a negative correlation <0.01. The more serious the condition TCD-Vm increase or decrease the more obvious, CBF also decreased significantly. Conclusion: TCD can effectively determine the cerebral blood flow in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.
