在沿海城市建设中,深基坑施工具有地质变化复杂、开挖难度大、工期长、费用高及对周边环境影响大等问题,是一个亟待攻克的难题。为了保证高层建筑的质量及安全,地面施工过程中必须要采用一定的技术措施。深基坑直接影响整体建筑质量,同时也是高层建筑在地下室施工过程中必须要解决的问题,本文就深基坑支护技术在高层建筑施工中的应用做简要阐述。
In the construction of coastal cities, the construction of deep foundation pit has the problems of complex geological changes, difficult excavation, long construction period, high cost and great impact on the surrounding environment, which is a difficult problem to be overcome urgently. In order to ensure the quality and safety of high-rise buildings, certain technical measures must be taken during the construction of the ground. The deep foundation pit has a direct impact on the overall construction quality. It is also a problem that must be solved in the process of high-rise building construction in the basement. This article briefly describes the application of deep foundation pit support technology in high-rise building construction.
