目的研究云南省红河哈尼族彝族自治州个旧市0~12岁儿童IL-13基因位点分布特征,并探讨其与入组儿童的血清总Ig E水平的关系。方法选取2013年11月-2015年8月在该院进行检查的0~12岁有咳嗽症状的159名儿童为研究对象,检测其IL-13的rs20541、rs1800925、C1923T位点多态性,分析该地区基因的多态性分布特征。同时检测入组儿童的血清总Ig E水平。结果不同基因型Ig E的水平比较显示,rs20541的GG型和AG型差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C1923T的CC型和TC型差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论个旧市0~12岁儿童IL-13基因位点分布特征与血清总Ig E水平有相关性。
Objective To investigate the distribution of IL-13 gene locus in children aged 0 ~ 12 years in Gejiu, Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Honghe, Yunnan Province, and to explore the relationship between IL-13 gene and total serum IgE in children. Methods A total of 159 children with cough from 0 to 12 years who were examined in our hospital from November 2013 to August 2015 were selected as the study subjects to detect the rs20541, rs1800925 and C1923T polymorphisms of IL-13 in our hospital. The distribution of genetic polymorphism in the area. At the same time, the total IgE level of serum in the children was detected. Results The levels of Ig E in different genotypes showed that there was a significant difference between GG and AG genotypes in rs20541 (P <0.05). There was a significant difference between CC genotype and TC genotype in C1923T (P <0.01). Conclusion The distribution of IL-13 gene locus in children aged 0 ~ 12 years in Gejiu is related to the level of serum total IgE.
