目的 研究超声造影(CEUS)用于乳腺癌预后判断的临床价值,以期更好地预测乳腺癌患者预后情况.方法 选取2019年1月至2020年6月万宁市人民医院收治的50例乳腺癌患者为研究对象进行回顾性分析,根据不同预后将其分为预后不良组(8例,死亡)和预后良好组(42例,存活),记录两组患者CEUS临床特征.采用多因素Logistic分析法分析乳腺癌预后相关因素,分析CEUS相关指标判断预后的价值.结果 50例患者中死亡8例,死亡率16.00％.多因素Logistic分析显示,肿瘤分期(95％CI=1.114～4.

目的 研究超声造影(CEUS)用于乳腺癌预后判断的临床价值,以期更好地预测乳腺癌患者预后情况.方法 选取2019年1月至2020年6月万宁市人民医院收治的50例乳腺癌患者为研究对象进行回顾性分析,根据不同预后将其分为预后不良组(8例,死亡)和预后良好组(42例,存活),记录两组患者CEUS临床特征.采用多因素Logistic分析法分析乳腺癌预后相关因素,分析CEUS相关指标判断预后的价值.结果 50例患者中死亡8例,死亡率16.00％.多因素Logistic分析显示,肿瘤分期(95％CI=1.114～4.153,OR=2.151,P=0.023)、分化程度(95％CI=1.278～8.336,OR=3.264,P=0.013)、达峰时间(95％CI=0.549～0.947,OR=0.721,P=0.019)及峰值强度(95％CI=1.223～2.197,OR=1.639,P=0.001)与乳腺癌预后密切相关.根据多因素Logistic分析结果建立预测模型:Y1=0.776X1+1.183X2,Y2=0.776X1+1.183X2-0.327X6+1.021X7.受试者工作曲线(ROC)分析显示,模型Y2判断预后的曲线下面积(AUC)值为0.833,显著高于模型Y1的AUC值(P<0.05).结论 CEUS定量指标与患者预后密切相关,以此建立预测模型有助于提高判断预后的准确性.
