我国目前的能源结构决定了火力发电占电力生产的主要部分,一次能源中的煤炭仍然是火力发电的最主要燃料供应。因此,燃料管理就成为了电力生产的重要环节。特别是改革开放以后,煤炭市场放开,煤炭价格放开且逐渐升高,燃料供应形式逐渐变得紧张,使得燃料管理这门较年轻的管理学科迅速发展,在实践中不断的总结、完善,形成完整的体系。而采制化管理作为燃料管理全过程中最为复杂,影响因素最多的一个过程,做好采制化管理则成为燃料管理中的重中之重。本文笔者即结合个人实践工作经验,对燃料管理中的采制化管理进行粗浅的探讨,以供参考。
The current energy mix in our country determines that thermal power accounts for a major part of electricity production. Coal in primary energy remains the most important fuel for thermal power generation. Therefore, fuel management has become an important part of electricity production. In particular, after the reform and opening up, the liberalization of the coal market, the liberalization and gradual rise of coal prices and the gradual tightening of the fuel supply pattern have led to the rapid development of the younger management discipline of fuel management and its continuous summarization and improvement in practice. Form a complete system. As the most complex and influencing factor in the entire process of fuel management, acquisition management is the most important part of fuel management. In this paper, the author combines personal experience with practical work, the fuel management in the acquisition of the management of shallow discussion, for reference.
