企业是中国当前经济发展的中流砥柱,同时也是中国特色社会主义思想运用到资本运作的最大群体,中国共产党每年领导着超过十万亿美元总量的国内收入工作,另外也在积极策划着符合时代与国情的国家总体经济发展规划。在这种情况下,一个社会工作群体由此而来,那就是政工,政工专职从事着国有企业、集体企业和外商投资企业等内部的党政工作和思想政治工作,世界经济政治形势瞬息万变,每一个小变动都会影响深刻,在这种新的形势下,如何发挥企业政工人员的作用就成为了目前企业发展的重点难题。
