分别采用苯酚硫酸法、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定了野生戴氏虫草的多糖、腺苷、甘露醇的含量;利用NIH小鼠进行碳廓清试验、免疫器官重量和迟发型超敏反应试验,通过急性毒性试验确定戴氏虫草水提液小鼠LD50。试验结果表明,野生戴氏虫草的多糖、腺苷及甘露醇含量分别为36.20 mg/g、0.27 mg/g和80.20 mg/g;戴氏虫草水提液能提高非特异性免疫功能,提高受环磷酰胺抑制的小鼠免疫器官重量和细胞免疫功能,其小鼠经口LD50>69.42 g/kg。
The contents of polysaccharides, adenosine, and mannitol in wild Cordyceps militaris were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), respectively, and the carbon clearance test, immune organ weight, and delayed type hypersensitivity test were performed using NIH mice. The acute toxicity test confirmed the mouse LD50 of the water extract of Cordyceps militaris. The test results showed that the contents of polysaccharides, adenosine and mannitol in wild Cordyceps militaris were 36.20 mg/g, 0.27 mg/g and 80.20 mg/g, respectively; the water extract of Cordyceps militaris could increase the non-specific immune function and improve the acceptor ring. Phosphoramide inhibited the immune organ weight and cellular immune function of mice, and its oral LD50 was > 69.42 g/kg.
