可以说,由计划经济体制向市场经济体制的转变,是中国一次历史性的跨越;而企业经营机制的转换,又是这跨越中最深刻的主题。那么,市场到底给我们的企业带来了什么?市场使工人到底处于什么样的地位?针对一些令人疑惑的问题,江苏省连云港市广泛开展了“走向市场大家谈”活动,通过自我教育,解疑明理,激发了职工敢于竞争、勇于开拓的热情。为此,我们专门采访了连云港市委副书记龚来宝。
