本文用分光光度法,以淀粉为显色剂测定海带中碘的含量。使用控制变量法对最大吸收波长(λmax)、最佳p H值、显色剂用量、显色的时间以及温度等条件进行了试验。试验的结果为:碘-淀粉反应体系的最大吸收波长是600nm,在I-的含量为0~2.0mg/25m L的时候呈良好的线性关系,其直线回归方程式:A=0.316 9X+0.001 7,相关系数是:R=0.999 6。
In this paper, spectrophotometry to starch as the reagent determination of kelp iodine content. The control variable method was used to test the maximum absorption wavelength (λmax), the optimum p H value, the amount of developer, the color development time and the temperature. The results showed that the maximum absorption wavelength of the iodine-starch reaction system was 600 nm, and the linear regression equation was linear with the content of 0- 2.0 mg / 25 mL. The linear regression equation was: A = 0.316 9X + 0.001 7 , The correlation coefficient is: R = 0.999 6.
