行政复议是建设法治工商、构建和谐社会的重要方面,也是工商行政管理部门提高行政执法水平、全面推进依法行政的重要内容。近年来,无论是理论界还是在行政监管执法部门,都把行政复议视为解决行政争议、化解社会矛盾的重要法律制度和法定渠道。
Administrative reconsideration is an important aspect of building a government under the rule of law and building a harmonious society. It is also an important part of the industrial and commercial administrative departments in raising the level of administrative law enforcement and in promoting the administration according to law in an all-round way.
