2011年,中华人民共和国文化部文化科技司坚持把胡锦涛总书记7.23重要讲话、总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立90周年大会上的讲话和《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》作为指导工作部署和工作推进的纲领性文件,在部党组和分管部长领导下,在与相关部委和部相关司局、相关直属单位的协同配合中,大力推动文化与科技的融合创新与融合发展,积极探索艺术科研的决策咨询作用和艺术教育的行业指导作用,使我司工作呈现为“一体两翼”的有机格局,实现为“两翼一体”的腾飞气象。
