【摘 要】本课题通过两年的试验和观察，重点研究和总结出了金叶女贞在不同小环境中的生长适应性表现，筛选出更加适应于本地区的小灌木绿篱品种。

近几年来随着城市建设步伐的加快，社会经济的发展，物质文化生活的提高，人们对自身所处环境、对植物的种类和品质提出了更高的要求，因此创造更为和谐的人居环境，丰富我市的城市绿化美化材料，提高绿化美化水平和档次。我局2007～2008年相继引进适应性较强及较高园林观赏价值的金叶女贞分别种植在库尔勒市中心广场、石化广场和孔雀河风景旅游带等地，填补了本地区以前小灌木绿篱极少的空白。科研工作人员历时两年对金叶女贞进行了研究。
