结合青浦区河道长效管理实际,探索建立基于互联网、3G网络、GIS空间数据等技术的河道长效管理信息系统。阐述了青浦区建立河道长效管理信息系统的可行性与必要性,并对系统的总体设计和系统构建提出设想。
Combined with the long-term management of Qingpu River, the paper explores and establishes a long-term management information system based on Internet, 3G network and GIS spatial data. The feasibility and necessity of establishing long-term management information system of river channel in Qingpu District are expounded, and the overall design and system construction of the system are put forward.
