我国电站锅炉都是用油进行点火和助燃的 ,用油量已超过 4 0 0 ,0 0 0t/a ,以煤代油是一个亟待解决的问题。根据天然气的特性 ,采用强制预混燃烧方式 ,设计了点火装置的喷嘴、引射器及烧嘴 ,并对稳定火焰的方法也进行了研究。在空燃比一定的条件下 ,对天然气的流量与点火参数的关系进行了试验。得到了天然气的最佳流量为 0 0 0 172 1m3 ·S-1,火焰温度高达 182 0℃ ,火焰长达 1 11m。应用表明 ,该点火装置具有火焰温度高、适应强、操作方便等优点。与以前用油点燃装置相比 ,预燃时间为燃油的 1/ 4 ,而成本仅为燃油的 1/ 80 0。
China’s power plant boilers are used for ignition and combustion of the fuel, the fuel consumption has more than 400, 0 0 0t / a, to replace the oil with coal is an urgent problem to be solved. According to the characteristics of natural gas, a forced premixed combustion mode was adopted to design the nozzle, ejector and burner of the ignition device, and the method of stabilizing the flame was also studied. Under the certain air-fuel ratio, the relationship between the flow of natural gas and the ignition parameters was tested. The optimal flow rate of natural gas was 0 0 0 172 1m3 · S-1, the flame temperature was as high as 182 0 ℃ and the flame length was 11 1m. The application shows that the ignition device has the advantages of high flame temperature, strong adaptability and convenient operation. Compared with the previous oil-igniting device, the pre-combustion time is 1/4 of the fuel, and the cost is only 1/80 0 of the fuel.
