第十次小康住宅规划设计方案评审工作于11月8日结束。参评的8个小区中,获得优秀的小区有:广东江门半岛小区,广东省建筑设计研究院设计;西安锦园小区,中国西北建筑设计研究院设计;江苏徐州凤凰山小区,中国城市规划设计研究院设计;浙江瑞安新世纪佳园,浙江大学建筑系、化工部三院上海浦东分院设计。获得良好的小区有:宁夏银川世纪小区,中天建筑工程设计有限公司、中联环工程股份公司设计;广西南宁荣和小区,建设部居住建筑与设备研究所设计;深圳龙岗区坪山镇朱角龙住宅小区,清华大
The review of the tenth well-to-do housing planning and design plan ended on November 8. Among the eight participating communities, outstanding communities were: Guangdong Jiangmen Peninsula Community, Guangdong Provincial Architectural Design and Research Institute; Xi’an Jinyuan Community; Design Institute of Northwest China Architectural Design Institute; Fenghuangshan District, Xuzhou, Jiangsu, China Urban Planning and Design Study Institute Design; Zhejiang Ruian New Century Jiayuan; Department of Architecture, Zhejiang University; Designed by Shanghai Pudong Branch of the Third Hospital of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. Well-received communities include: Ningxia Yinchuan Century Community, Zhongtian Construction Engineering Design Co., Ltd., Zhonglian Huanhuan Engineering Co., Ltd. design; Guangxi Nanning Ronghe Community, Ministry of Construction Design Institute of Residential Buildings and Equipment; Shenzhen Jiaozuo, Pingshan Town, Longgang District, Shenzhen Dragon Residential Community, Tsinghua University
