在混凝土搅拌工艺中,水的计量控制仪表大多采用定量水表,但是定量水表的计量精度较差,仪表本身的特性对搅拌工艺也是极为不利的,并且难于实现自动化或半自动化的调整,所以定量水表并不是一种理想的计量控制仪表。我们在配合中子测水技术及计算机控制混凝土搅拌楼生产的研究中,试验以精确控制启闭放水阀门的时间来控制供水量,取得基本成功。
In the concrete mixing process, the water metering control instruments mostly use the quantitative water meter, but the metering accuracy of the metering meter is poor, the characteristics of the meter itself are also extremely unfavorable to the stirring process, and it is difficult to achieve automatic or semi-automatic adjustment, so the metering meter It is not an ideal metering control instrument. In the study of neutron measuring water technology and computer-controlled concrete mixing plant production, we controlled the amount of water supply by precisely controlling the time for opening and closing the water discharge valve, and achieved basic success.
