科学发展观要求政府承担环境保护职责,要求政府与公众之间形成环境善治。政府应当提供环境保护的政策与制度,推进环保制度的执行并进行监督检查,通过信息公开为公众主动参与环保提供便利途径。
The scientific concept of development requires that the government assume the responsibility of environmental protection and require that environmental good governance be formed between the government and the public. The government should provide policies and systems for environmental protection, promote the implementation of the environmental protection system and carry out supervision and inspection, and provide a convenient channel for public participation in environmental protection through information disclosure.
