用氧化铁鳞制取直接还原铁的实验室研究

利用罐式法直接还原原理在试验室进行了氧化铁鳞制取直接还原铁的研究。结果表明 ,当反应温度Z1≥ 12 0 0℃ ,时间Z2 ≥ 7.2h ,配煤比Z3≥ 30 % ,可确保还原产品的金属化率Y≥ 90 %
