创新,是一个民族进步的灵魂,是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。在社会主义市场经济条件下,要发展非公有制经济必须要有创新理念。唯有创新理念,才能理清思路,营造非公有制经济再次发展的良好环境和条件,才能提升非公有制经济内在的素质。发展非公有制经济:一要有创新主体理念,营造政治氛围;二要有创新法制理念,培育内在动力;三要有创新管理理念,转变发展方式;四要有创新政策理念,提供优质服务。
Innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress and an inexhaustible motive force for the country’s prosperity and development. Under the conditions of a socialist market economy, we must have innovative ideas to develop the non-public economy. Only by innovating the concept can we sort out our thinking and create a favorable environment and conditions for the non-public ownership economy to develop again so as to enhance the intrinsic quality of the non-public ownership economy. The development of non-public economy: First, there must be an innovative concept of the main body to create a political atmosphere; Second, there must be an innovative concept of the legal system to foster internal motivation; Third, innovative management concepts should be adopted to change the mode of development; Fourth, innovative policy concepts and quality service should be provided.
