目的采用HPLC法测定脑灵素中远志皂苷元的含量。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水(50:50),检测波长为210 nm,流速为1.0 m.lmin-1,柱温为30℃。结果远志皂苷元浓度2.4~90.0μg.ml-1与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为96.30%,RSD=2.87%(n=6)。结论所建方法准确、重复性好,可用于测定脑灵素胶囊中的远志皂苷元。
Objective To determine the content of brain natriuretic peptides by HPLC. Methods The column was a Kromasil C18 column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (50:50), the detection wavelength was 210 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 m.lmin-1, and the column temperature was 30 °C. Results The linear relationship between the concentration of Polygonaceae sapogenin concentration 2.4~90.0μg.ml-1 and the peak area was good (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 96.30% and the RSD was 2.87% (n=6). Conclusion The established method is accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine Polygala saponin in Nonglinsu capsule.
