本文介绍了一种压力负阶跃的简便发生方法来得到压力传感器容腔的动态特性。用撞针击刺一个充满空气的薄膜球,使薄膜球爆破,压力突然回零。带有管道一腔室的压力传感器与该薄膜球相连,通过动态应变仪,在SC—10型光线示波器上可以得到相应的回零过渡过程曲线。对于不同的传压管径、传压管长度和腔室容积,得到不同阻尼的衰减振荡曲线以及过阻尼时呈单调衰减的回零过程曲线。对实验曲线进行数据处理,求得对应的频率特性,从而可以得出该容腔在各种不同幅值误差要求下的使用频带。
In this paper, a simple method of pressure negative step-by-step generation is introduced to obtain the dynamic characteristics of the pressure sensor cavity.
