乐学,自古便是圣人贤哲们最为推崇的一种学习境界。《论语?雍也第六》中孔子说:“知之者不如好知者,好之者不如乐之者。”由此可知,孔圣人是将“乐之”作为求知学习的最高境界。但反思一下现在的教育环境和学习风气,我们会发现“学”和“乐”早已渐行渐远,学习反而和烦恼、痛苦这些负面的字眼绑在了一起。然而,还有这样一所独特的小学,它不仅仍提倡和努力实践着乐学的优良传统,而且还将“乐”字融入到了学校教学工作的方方面面,“乐”已经成了它的灵魂。它就是坐落于钟灵毓秀的山东省威海市环翠区的温泉小学。
