本文通过对锰还原条件和高炉冶炼锰铁综合能耗的分析,认为降低高炉锰铁综合能耗的主攻方向是降低焦比,供给炉缸充足的热量,保证炉缸工作的均匀活跃,提高高炉热效率。采取富氧、高风温和脱湿鼓风是今后进一步降低锰铁综合能耗的主要措施。根据我厂的条件,通过计算,这三项措施实现后,在喷吹煤粉243公斤/吨和适当降低炉渣碱度、保持或略提高锰金属回收率的情况下,高炉锰铁焦比可以从80年的1639公斤/吨降至1214公斤/吨,如维持现有风量不变,锰铁产量将提高33%。
Based on the analysis of the manganese reduction conditions and the comprehensive energy consumption of blast furnace smelting ferromanganese, this paper believes that the main direction to reduce the comprehensive energy consumption of blast furnace ferromanganese is to reduce the coke ratio, to supply enough heat to the hearth, to ensure uniform hearth work, Thermal efficiency. Adopting oxygen enrichment, high wind temperature and dehumidification and blasting are the main measures to further reduce the comprehensive energy consumption of ferromanganese in the future. According to the conditions of our factory, through calculation, after the realization of these three measures, it is feasible to inject 243 kg / t pulverized coal and properly lower the slag alkalinity to maintain or slightly increase the manganese metal recovery rate. From 1639 kg / tonne in 1980 to 1214 kg / tonne, output of ferromanganese will increase by 33% if the existing air volume remains unchanged.
