计算机模拟计算和试验研究表明,机床滚动支承主轴系统采用复合式油膜阻尼器,可显著提高机床的动态性能。深入研究了油膜阻尼对主轴系统的共振频率及振幅的影响。对于共振频率是油膜阻尼的单调增函数,以及油膜阻尼关于轴端振幅存在最优值等特性进行了理论分析,并得出若干重要结论。
Computer simulation and experimental studies show that the rolling bearing spindle system using composite film damper can significantly improve the dynamic performance of the machine tool. The effect of oil film damping on the resonance frequency and amplitude of the spindle system is deeply studied. The resonant frequency is a monotone increasing function of the damping of the oil film, and the characteristics of the damping of the oil film about the optimal amplitude of the axial end are analyzed theoretically. And some important conclusions are drawn.
