近期,中央下达了关于集中实施事业单位企业化管理的改革的相关文件精神的传达,为什么要这样做呢,是不是事业单位进行企业化管理后就是脱离了上级管理、自户经营了呢?这样做对每位体制内的职工来说是好事还是坏事呢?带着这样的疑问我开始了有针对性的学习。
Recently, the Central Government has issued the spirit of relevant documents on the centralization of the reform of the enterprise-based management of enterprises and institutions. Why do we need to do this? Is it because the public institutions have managed to separate themselves from the higher-level management and run their own businesses? Is it a good or a bad thing for every worker in each system? With this question, I started a targeted study.
