工程项目作为大型国有施工企业的利润中心或者成本中心，其成败对企业的持续健康发展具有重要的意义。文章对当前大型国有施工企业项目管理存在的主要问题进行了微观的分析，从企业对项目的管理和项目自身的管理两个方面进行思考，并提出一些改进建议。
