目的 研究早期糖尿病视网膜病变的多焦视网膜电图特征及其临床意义。方法 采用VERISⅣ视觉诱发反应图象系统测量和分析糖尿病视网膜病变Ⅰ -Ⅱ期 34眼的多焦视网膜电图改变。结果 在直径约 4 5度的测试范围内 6个离心度的环状区和 4个象限 ,Ⅰ -Ⅱ期糖尿病视网膜病变与正常对照眼比较 ,N1波、P1波和N2波的反应密度绝对值以及N1 P1和P1 N2反应密度峰 峰值显著降低。结论 在糖尿病视网膜病变发展过程中多焦视网膜电图反应密度已经出现异常 ,多焦视网膜电图作为一种客观定量的视觉空间功能检查新方法 ,对糖尿病视网膜病变的具有早期诊断的价值。
Objective To study the characteristics and clinical significance of multifocal electroretinogram of early diabetic retinopathy. Methods VERIS Ⅳ visual evoked response imaging system was used to measure and analyze the changes of multifocal electroretinogram in 34 eyes of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ diabetic retinopathy. Results Six annular regions and four quadrants in the test range of about 45 degrees in diameter. The absolute response density of N1 wave, P1 wave and N2 wave in stage I-II diabetic retinopathy was significantly lower than that in normal control eyes And the peak densities of N1 P1 and P1 N2 reaction densities were significantly decreased. Conclusions Multifocal electroretinogram (EDF) reaction densities have been abnormal during the development of diabetic retinopathy. Multifocal electroretinogram (MFE) is an objective and quantitative new method of visual spatial function test, which has the value of early diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy.
