Rui Shungan was born in Pujiang,Zhejiang Province.He is a master of fine arts and a researcher of cultural relics.Currently,he is a member of China Artists Association,a member of China Archaeology Society,the secretary general of the art teaching committee of Zhejiang Province,the deputy president of the Academy of Fine Arts of Jinhua College,etc.His artworks are well demonstration of his masterly skills and artistic comprehension.What’s more,Rui’s figure paintings,as well as his landscape paintings and bird-flower paintings,represent us free and fantastic artistic conception and embody his extraordinary artistic talents.
