目的 观察丹参水溶性成分预防椎板切除术后硬膜外粘连的效果.方法 32只NCW兔随机分为4组:空白组(C)、明胶海绵组(GS)、游离脂肪组(FF)及丹参组(RA),行L5、L7全椎板切除术,于术后2周、4周、6周、8周行静脉增强CT检查后分别处死动物行大体观察、组织学观察及透射电镜观察.结果RA组术后各期硬膜外胶原纤维生成量明显少于其它各组.结论 半流质状丹参水溶性药液具有抗纤维化,抑制成纤维细胞、炎性细胞的渗出,激活单核/吞噬细胞系统,促进胶原纤维蛋白降解的作用,可达到很好的三维防粘效果,是预防硬膜外粘连的理想药物.
Objective To observe the effect of water-soluble components of Salvia miltiorrhiza for preventing epidural adhesion after laminectomy. Methods 32 NCW rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank group (C), gelatin sponge group (GS), free fat group (FF) and Salvia miltiorrhiza group (RA), L5, L7 laminectomy, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks after intravenous enhanced CT examination were performed animals were observed, histological observation and transmission electron microscopy Results The amount of epidural collagen fibers in the RA group was significantly lower than that in other groups at each postoperative period. Conclusion The semi-liquid salvia miltiorrhiza solution has antifibrotic effect, inhibits exudation of fibroblasts and inflammatory cells, and activates the monotherapy. The nuclear/phagocytic system promotes the degradation of collagen fibrin and achieves good three-dimensional anti-adhesive effects. It is ideal for preventing epidural adhesions.
