孟楠,男,汉族,1962年11月3日出生于新疆奎屯,籍贯河南省永城市。历史学博士,历史学专门史(新疆史)、民族学硕士研究生导师,教授。现任新疆大学兰州大学西北少数民族研究中心教授,《新疆大学学报》(哲学·人文社会科学版)主编、编辑部主任;兼任中国元史学会会员、中国民族学学会第六届理事会理事、中国民族史学会理事、新疆龟兹学会副会长、新疆历史学会理事、新疆国史学会理事。
Meng Nan, male, Han nationality, born on November 3, 1962 in Kuitun, Xinjiang, native of Yongcheng, Henan Province. Doctor of history, specialized history (history of Xinjiang), master of ethnology tutor, professor. He is currently a professor at the Northwest Minority Research Center of Lanzhou University in Xinjiang University, editor in chief of Editorial Department of Journal of Xinjiang University (Philosophy, Humanities and Social Science), a member of China Yuan History Association, member of the 6th council of China Ethnology Association, History Society, Xinjiang Qizi Society vice president, Xinjiang History Society, director of the Xinjiang History Association.
