随着现代化进程的加快,很多用具都蜕变成电器,人们的生活越来越离不开电的使用,自然也少不了要与电力部门打交道。但是电力部门的供电服务存在着各种社会矛盾、纠纷和冲突,电力企业近年来也在致力于通过在企业内部提高管理水平来优化供电服务质量,不过对于矛盾的解决成效不大。本文通过供电服务中出现的主要矛盾和冲突对创新供电优质服务管理提出了几点看法和意见。
With the acceleration of modernization, many appliances are transformed into electrical appliances, people’s lives are inseparable from the use of electricity, and ultimately, to deal with the power sector. However, there are various social contradictions, disputes and conflicts in the power supply service in the power sector. In recent years, power companies are also committed to optimizing the quality of power supply services by improving the management level within the enterprise. However, the solution to the contradiction is not very effective. This article puts forward some opinions and opinions on the innovative power supply quality service management through the main contradictions and conflicts in power supply service.
