为了减轻质量,汽车发动机缸体一般采用压力铸造并使用铝合金制造。在压铸生产工艺中,对充型速度的控制要求较高。利用嵌入式技术,提出了一种基于STM32单片机技术的汽车发动机缸体压力铸造充型速度控制系统,分析了发动机缸体压铸生产中充型速度的选择,给出了硬件电路的分析与设计和相应的软件程序结构。结果表明,所提出的压力铸造充型速度控制系统具有低成本、界面友好、实时性高等优点。
In order to reduce the quality, the engine block of automobile is generally made by pressure casting and using aluminum alloy. In the die-casting production process, filling speed control requirements are high. Using embedded technology, this paper presents a filling speed control system for automotive engine block pressure casting based on STM32 single chip microcomputer technology. The choice of filling speed in die casting of engine block is analyzed, and the analysis and design of hardware circuit are given The corresponding software program structure. The results show that the proposed pressure casting filling speed control system has the advantages of low cost, friendly interface and high real-time.
