20世纪80年代末90年代初,东欧剧变和苏联解体是世界政局上最让人匪夷所思的政治变动。近20年时间过去了,它给人们留下的历史遗产依旧值得我们去探究。十七届四中全会的召开表明我们党在加强和改进党的建设上又升到了一个新的高度。在我国社会主义现代化建设新的历史阶段及建党90周年来临之际,我们仍然要居安思危,以史为鉴。
In the late 1980s and early 1990s, the drastic changes in Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union were the most incredible political changes in the world politics. Nearly 20 years have passed, and the historical legacy it has left behind still deserves our exploration. The convening of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee shows that our party has risen to a new height in strengthening and improving party building. At the new historical stage of our socialist modernization drive and the 90th anniversary of the founding of the founding party, we still need to be prepared for precaution in time to draw lessons from history.
