目的探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法选取攀枝花市仁和区人民医院于2014—2015年收治的100例高血压合并冠心病患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组患者给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,观察组患者给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,均连续治疗两个月,观察两组患者治疗前后血压〔收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)〕、血脂水平〔三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)〕及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者SBP、DBP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者SBP、DBP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组TG、TC、LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果确切,可有效纠正血脂异常,且不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 100 hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Renhe District People’s Hospital of Panzhihua City in 2014-2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases each. Patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine besylate tablets. Patients in the observation group were treated with amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets for two months. The blood pressure (systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP), blood lipid levels (triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) Results There was no significant difference in SBP and DBP between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, SBP and DBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C in the two groups before treatment were not significantly different (P> 0.05). After treatment, the levels of TG, TC and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group The level was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Two groups of patients with adverse reactions, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease clinical effect is exact, can effectively correct dyslipidemia, and less adverse reactions.
