TIG 焊是一种广泛应用子航空、航天、原子能、石油、化工等工业部门的焊接方法。由于这种焊接方法对焊接规范参数的稳定性和精确性要求较高,所以需要使用高精度、多功能、可编程序、精确控制的TIG 焊电源。我们根据目前在生产实践中普遍使用的TIG 焊可控硅整流电源的工作原理,自行设计了一套微机控制系统。这种微机控制的TIG 焊电源与原电源相比具有一系列优点:控制精度高;控制功能多样化;给定和显示数字化;具有记忆再现功能;具有自检故障的功能;可以实现程控和示教控制。
TIG welding is widely used in sub-aerospace, aerospace, atomic energy, petroleum, chemical and other industrial sectors of the welding method. Due to the high stability and accuracy of the welding specifications, this welding method requires the use of TIG welding power supply with high precision, multi-function, programmable and precise control. We have designed a microcomputer control system according to the working principle of TIG welding thyristor rectifier which is widely used in production practice. This microcomputer-controlled TIG welding power supply has a series of advantages compared with the original power supply: high control accuracy; diversified control functions; digitalization and display; memory playback; self-test failure function; Teach control.
