我军全科医师口腔卫勤保障能力需求和训练探讨

全科医师是基层部队开展卫勤保障的重要力量,是未来军医教育培养的重要目标;口腔卫勤保障能力是全科医师培养的重要内容之一。本文简要报告了国内外全科医学和全科医师培养的发展现状,调查了解了部队官兵口腔疾病的流行现状和口腔卫生保健需求特点,分析了我军现有卫生机构全科医师口腔卫勤保障面临的难题与存在的不足;探讨了加强全科医师口腔专业技术培训和医疗服务,有效增强口腔卫勤保障能力,提高基层官兵口腔健康水平的措施建议。

General practitioners are an important force for the grass-roots units to carry out medical support and are an important goal of medical education and training in the future. Oral medical support capability is one of the important contents for general practitioner training. This article briefly reports on the development of general and general practitioner training both at home and abroad. The investigation and understanding of the prevalence of oral disease and the demand for oral health care in military officers and soldiers of the armed forces analyzed the oral medical service support provided by the current general practitioners Facing difficulties and existent problems; and discussing ways to strengthen general practitioner oral professional and technical training and medical services, effectively enhancing the ability of oral medical support and improving the oral health of grassroots officers and soldiers.
