目的研究盐酸度洛西汀肠溶片对治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法将60例带状疱疹患者按随机化原则分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用口服甲钴胺治疗,治疗组加用盐酸度洛西汀肠溶片(奥思平)口服,疗程均为4周。结果治疗组治愈25例,对照组治愈1例,两组治疗有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=92.31,P<0.05)。结论盐酸度洛西汀肠溶片治疗PHN安全、有效。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of duloxetine hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods According to the principle of randomization, 60 cases of shingles were divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with oral mecobalamin. The treatment group was treated with duloxetine hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets 4 weeks. Results In the treatment group, 25 cases were cured and 1 case was cured in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 92.31, P <0.05). Conclusion Duloxetine hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets are safe and effective in treating PHN.
