用细胞质雄性不育系陕2A、保持系陕2B和细胞质雄性不育系波里马A、保持系波里B,进行核质置换,再与3个不同品质的恢复系进行不完全双列杂交,研究不育核质效应对杂种F1的影响,比较陕2A和波里马A核质效应的异同。结果表明:杂种F1的农艺性状是由加性效应和非加性效应控制的,而以加性效应为主;雄性不育的核质效果对杂种F1有重要影响;雄性不育细胞核的遗传效应极显著地大于细胞质;陕2A的细胞核和核质遗传效应极显著地优于波里马A,细胞质遗传效应在一些农艺性状上也显著优于波里马A
The cytoplasmic male sterile line Shaan 2A was used to maintain Shanbian 2B and cytoplasmic male sterile line Polima A. The results showed that the agronomic traits of hybrid F1 were controlled by both additive and non-additive effects and additive effects.
