不明原因复发性流产(URSA)是指经过夫妻双方染色体,母体生殖道解剖结构,内分泌水平及男方精液检查等一系列常规检查后仍未发现明确病因的复发性流产患者~([1])。国内外研究表明,约半数的不明原因复发性流产与免疫因素相关,包括自身免疫紊乱和同种免疫紊乱两大类~([2-3])。不明原因复发性流产患者通过对一系列自身抗体的筛查,排除了自身免疫紊乱因素。因此,不明原因复发性流产视乎与同种免疫紊乱相关,而同种免疫紊乱导致流产的主要原因在于
