如今的高职教学质量监控体系还存在许多的问题,例如企业参与力度不足、实践教学的忽略、教师与学生的双重身份不够明显等。引进国际职业教育的“现代学徒制”模式,建立涵盖组织、信息和评价等子系统的教学质量监控新平台。将以往的封闭式监控转变为多方开放式监控,“一元”的教学方式转变为“双元”的教学方式,将创新能力的评估替代知识能力的评估,实现实时监控等新策略,从而对现代学徒制的高职院校进行教学质量监控。
