试验于１９９６～１９９８年在扬州大学农学院内进行，供试品种苏玉９号和南玉３号，麦套春玉米盘育乳苗地膜栽（水稻塑盘３０ｃｍ×６０ｃｍ，４６８孔保温育２叶苗，大田地膜覆盖）与地膜直播、营养钵育苗移栽比较试验结果指出，盘育乳苗地膜栽玉米具有早播早苗，早发壮苗，干物质积累能力强，植株粗壮，根系发达，粒叶比高，穗大穗多粒重，空秆率低的早熟高产生育优势。比地膜直播早播１７ｄ，早苗１２ｄ，早熟９ｄ，增产２６．９％；比营养钵育苗移栽早播１２ｄ，早苗７ｄ，早熟６ｄ，增产３６．４％。
The experiment was carried out in the College of Agriculture of Yangzhou University from 1996 to 1998. The cultivars of cultivars Suyu 9 and Nanyu 3, Leaf mound, field mulching) and the direct seeding of mulching film and transplanting of nutrition bowl seedlings. The results showed that mulched maize mulched with mashing seedling had the features of early sowing, early seedling emergence, strong accumulation of dry matter, robust plants, High grain-leaf ratio, spike large spike and multi-grain weight, empty stalk rate low precocity high yield fertility. 17 days earlier than direct seeding of mulching film, 12 days early seeding, 9 days early maturing, and 26.9% more yield than the direct seeding of seedling;
