称取浓度为0.24%的氯腈肟磷64毫克毒饵作为内吸杀虫剂的一次口服量,在野外面积为9.3m~2的圈地内防治旗尾鼠(Dipodomvs spectabilis)体蚤,以评价其作用。施药后三天蚤指数下降到0,整个试验期间能保持此水平。在一次野外试验中,每公顷施用56.3克0.24%工业氯腈肟磷后三天,有效地消灭了刺棉鼠(Sigmodom hispidus)体蚤。在试验用毒饵仍然有效期间,该试验地区蚤指数仍保持低水平。当用0.24%氯腈肟磷于一具多种啮齿动物地区作野外试验时,每公顷施用123.1克工业产品后7天有效地消灭了跳蚤。在毒饵有效期间该试验地区蚤种群数量保持低水平,并且在去除该试验剂后并未发现指数回升。
Weigh a concentration of 0.24% of the chloronitril oxime 64 mg bait as systemic insecticide an oral dose of field area of 9.3m ~ 2 enclosure in the control of Dipteroides (Dipodomvs spectabilis) body fleas to evaluate its effect. The flea index dropped to 0 three days after application, maintaining this level throughout the experiment. In a field trial three days after application of 56.3 grams of 0.24% industrial chloronitril oxime per hectare effectively eradicated body fleas of Sigmodom hispidus. The flea index remained low during the experimental period when the bait was still active. Fleas were effectively eliminated 7 days after application of 123.1 grams of industrial product per hectare when tested in field trials in a variety of rodent areas with 0.24% meclofenox. The population of flea populations in the experimental area remained low during the bait period and no index recovery was found after removal of the test agent.
