采用ISSR分子标记技术,对潮汕地区所收集的17份余甘子品种(系)的遗传多样性进行分析。利用7条多态性引物共扩增出70条可重复条带,多态性条带有56条,多态位点百分率(PPB)为80%,分析揭示供试品种(系)的观察等位基因数、有效等位基因数、Nei’s遗传多样性指数和Shannon’s信息指数分别为1.800 0、1.470 0、0.270 3、0.404 7;各品种(系)之间的遗传相似系数(GS)范围在0.528 6~0.9之间,平均遗传相似性系数为0.694 3。结果表明,17份供试材料的遗传多样性水平较高,亲缘关系鉴定结果与根据样品来源、农艺性状及形态特征划分类别的结果基本一致。
ISSR molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 17 cultivated Phyllanthus emblica cultivars collected from Chaoshan area. A total of 70 repeatable bands were amplified by using seven polymorphic primers. The number of polymorphic bands was 56, and the percentage of polymorphic loci (PPB) was 80%. The analysis revealed that the tested varieties (lines) were observed The number of genotypes, effective alleles, Nei’s genetic diversity index and Shannon’s information index were 1.800 0,1.470 0,0.270 3,0.404 7 respectively. The genetic similarity coefficient (GS) range of each breed ranged from 0.528 6 ~ 0.9, the average genetic similarity coefficient was 0.694 3. The results showed that the genetic diversity of the 17 tested materials was high, and the results of genetic relationship were basically the same as the results of the classification based on the source of samples, agronomic traits and morphological characteristics.
