视网膜母细胞瘤(以下简称Rb.)是眼科领域、特别是小儿眼病的重要疾患。Rb.又是遗传性疾病,故而在眼科学、病理学、肿瘤学以及遗传学方面都引起较大关注。1978年5月在东京召开的第23次国际眼科学术会议上,选择Rb.作为专题讨论内容之一。有13个国家95位研究人员参加。就1)发病率和遗传学,2)病因,3)病理和电子显微镜,4)免疫和诊断,以及5)治疗进行讨论。1980年6月在江西吉安召开的全国第一届眼科遗传学会上,也有关于Rb的资料报告。现据收集到的材料综述如下。
Retinoblastoma (hereinafter referred to as Rb.) Is an important area of ophthalmology, especially eye diseases in children. Rb. Is a genetic disease, and therefore cause great concern in ophthalmology, pathology, oncology and genetics. At the 23rd International Conference on Ophthalmology held in Tokyo in May 1978, Rb was selected as one of the thematic topics. 95 researchers from 13 countries participated. 1) Incidence and Genetics, 2) Etiology, 3) Pathology and Electron Microscopy, 4) Immunization and Diagnosis, and 5) Treatment for Discussion. June 1980 in Ji’an, Jiangxi Province held the first ophthalmic genetics Society, there is also a report on the Rb data. The materials collected are summarized as follows.
