随着新课程改革的全面推进与发展,如果没有相应的配套教学管理制度来做保障和支撑,教学工作肯定无法开展下去。学校工作的重点是教学秩序和教学质量,教学管理是学校管理的核心环节之一。科学有效的管理机制是提升教学质量的重要保证。于是,笔者特此拟文通过探索管理理念、管理模式和完善考评制度等,来培养师生的管理意识,让教学成绩在井然有序中稳步提高。
With the all-round promotion and development of the new curriculum reform, if there is no corresponding supporting teaching management system to guarantee and support, the teaching work will certainly not be carried forward. The focus of school work is teaching order and teaching quality, and teaching management is one of the key aspects of school management. Scientific and effective management mechanism is to improve the quality of teaching an important guarantee. Therefore, the author hereby proposed by fostering management concepts, management models and improve the evaluation system, to train teachers and students management awareness, so that teaching results in orderly and steadily improve.
