目的 :对本院中药制剂乳宁合剂 (Rulinmixture ,RLM )治疗乳腺增生病的药效学进行研究。方法 :试品采用组方中药 ,制成合剂 ,制造动物模型 ,灌胃给药 ,观察功能学、组织细胞学变化和主要的毒理学特征。结果 :乳宁合剂口服可以降低雌激素和提高孕酮在大鼠血清中的浓度水平 ,效果显著 (P <0 .0 1,0 .0 5 ) ;组织细胞学观察可见乳腺体积和腺泡腔缩小 ,乳腺小叶和腺泡数目减少 ,实验 1组尤其显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对幼龄大鼠体重增长率、肝肾功能、肝肾系数、血象、血清蛋白浓度均无显著影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :RLM治疗乳腺增生病效果显著 ,毒性低微 ,安全。
Objective : To study the pharmacodynamics of the treatment of breast hyperplasia with Rulinmixture (RLM) in this hospital. Methods : The test sample was prepared by using traditional Chinese herbal medicines, made into a mixture, manufactured animal models, administered by gavage, and observed functional, histological and cytological changes, and major toxicological features. RESULTS: Oral administration of Lian Ning Mixture could reduce the concentration of estrogen and progesterone in rat serum, and the effect was significant (P < 0.015. 05). The histological observation showed that the volume of mammary gland and the acinar cavity The number of mammary lobules and acini decreased, especially in experimental group 1 (P < 0.05). There was no significant effect on body weight gain, liver and kidney function, hepatorenal index, hemogram and serum protein concentration in young rats. (P > 0 .0 5 ). Conclusion: RLM is effective in treating mammary gland hyperplasia with low toxicity and safety.
