目的观察分析微波作业人员心电图异常情况。方法在2010年职业健康检查中,选取247名某通讯公司微波作业人员为接触组,同时选择性别、年龄、工龄等情况与接触组差异无显著性的235名不接触微波的行政机关公务员为对照。结果接触组窦性心动过缓、窦性心动过速、心律不齐、ST-T改变检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);微波作业环境下,心电图异常改变与性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);接触微波作业人员随工龄增长而心电图异常改变明显增加。结论微波可引起微波作业人员心电图异常,应加大对微波作业人员职业卫生知识的宣传教育和加强个人防护以及进一步对工艺技术设备的革新与改造。
Objective To observe and analyze the abnormalities of ECG in microwave workers. Methods In the Occupational Health Examination in 2010, 247 microwave workers from a telecommunications company were selected as the contact group, and 235 civil servants who did not contact with the microwave were selected as the control group by selecting gender, age, seniority and other similarities with the exposure group . Results The incidences of sinus bradycardia, sinus tachycardia, arrhythmia and ST-T changes in the contact group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). There was no statistical difference in the changes of electrocardiogram abnormalities and gender in the microwave working environment Significance of learning (P> 0.05); exposure to microwave workers with increased length of service ECG abnormalities increased significantly. Conclusion Microwave can cause abnormal microwave workers ECG should increase awareness of occupational health workers microwave knowledge and education to strengthen personal protection and further process technology and equipment innovation and transformation.
