城乡教育均衡发展是全面建设小康社会对教育提出的战略要求,是实现教育公平的有效举措。文章通过对甘肃省白银市和临夏州基础教育阶段学校的抽样调查,发现城乡中小学生均教育经费投入、基础办学条件、师资队伍状况、学生入学方式和教育机会均存在偏差,并在进行分析的基础上,提出了相应的对策建议。
The balanced development of urban and rural education is the strategic requirement for building a well-off society in an all-round way and an effective measure to realize education fairness. Based on the sample survey of basic education schools in Baiyin City and Linxia Prefecture of Gansu Province, the paper finds that there are deviations in the per-capita funding for primary and secondary education in urban and rural areas, the basic conditions for running schools, the status of teaching staff, the ways of entering schools for students and educational opportunities. Based on this, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
