目的评价乳腺癌组织VEGF和nm-23的表达与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法免疫组化SP法检测120例乳腺癌组织VEGF和nm-23的表达,并探讨其与临床病理特征和预后的关系。结果VEGF阳性率59.17%,nm-23的阳性率52.50%,VEGF阳性表达与腋窝淋巴结转移正相关,与5年生存率负相关;nm-23的阳性表达与临床分期、腋窝淋巴结转移负相关,与5年生存率正相关(分别为P<0.001;P<0.05);VEGF(+)/nm23(-)腋窝淋巴结转移率低于VEGF(-)/nm-23(+),5年生存率高于VEGF(-)/nm-23(+),差异具有显著性(分别为P<0.001;P<0.001;P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌组织VEGF和nm-23的表达与转移和预后相关,可作为乳腺癌淋巴结转移和预后的指标之一,联合检测可提高准确性。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between the expression of VEGF and nm-23 in breast cancer and clinicopathological features and prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and nm-23 in 120 cases of breast cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis. Results The positive rate of VEGF was 59.17%, the positive rate of nm-23 was 52.50%. The positive expression of VEGF was positively correlated with axillary lymph node metastasis and negatively correlated with 5-year survival rate. The positive expression of nm-23 was negatively correlated with clinical stage and axillary lymph node metastasis, (P <0.001; P <0.05, respectively). The rate of axillary lymph node metastasis of VEGF (+) / nm23 (-) was lower than that of VEGF Higher than VEGF (-) / nm-23 (+), the difference was significant (P <0.001; P <0.001; P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of VEGF and nm-23 in breast cancer is correlated with metastasis and prognosis, which can be used as one of the indicators of lymph node metastasis and prognosis in breast cancer. Combined detection can improve the accuracy.
